I was unfortunate because I met the worst recruiter ever in the Italian section. He made it crystal clear that I was nothing to him. For recruiters like these I suggest to go fly a kite instead of using up to half-day of my time or more and then leave me waiting with the promise “I will call you back”. Please run away from companies like this!!!!

So unprofessional behavior and all the recruitment process is quite suspicious already in the beginning! I received call from Italian recruiter telling me they are interested in my profile. She started introducing company and job role. She also send me some materials at my email to learn more about company and job role. We agreed to have a follow-up call. She never called me back. Never replied on my email and never picked up phone. I never experienced something like this with other recruiters. HORRIBLE!
