I recently visited KFC with my family and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. They were patient as we took our time deciding what to order and were happy to answer any questions we had.Once we placed our order, we didn't have to wait long for our food to arrive. Everything was piping hot and smelled amazing. We ordered the classic fried chicken, which was perfectly crispy and juicy. The meat was tender and had the perfect amount of seasoning. We also tried the chicken tenders and they were equally delicious. The sides were equally impressive, with creamy mashed potatoes, buttery corn on the cob, and crispy fries.What I really appreciated about this KFC location was the cleanliness of the restaurant. It was clear that the staff take pride in keeping the restaurant tidy and free of clutter. The tables were clean and the floors were spotless. This made our dining experience that much more enjoyable.I must also commend the staff for their exceptional customer service. They were constantly checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed and that our food was up to par. Not only is this place always extremely slow, even if your order is small, i recently had food poisoning from the chicken bucket for one and couldn't stomach any food or water for 24 hours straight (and there was no other food i could have gotten the illness from as this was the only thing I had). It was hell. Never going here again, and never visiting KFC again. I feel like these guys would happily deep fry a diseased rat from the pantry.

Today I met Peter.Peter works at KFC, and he didn’t have any rice sauce left.I asked what we could get instead of it (because we paid for it already).He said we could get 3 chicken strips instead, and i totally said YES!He then came to us with 5 chicken strips, mentioning that 2 were because he was sorry.This is how you treat customers, and i totally believe he deserves a raise.We had a great dinner, happy dinner.
