Volcano Spa Hotel

Spent two days for business.Loud music playing outside, disturbing the meeting in the conference room.Restaurant first day for lunch ok, second day we could choose from the same dishes as the previous day?? And the staff was very slow.Disappointed, was expecting more from such a hotel.

We stayed here for 8 nights. Great staff, great food and services, fast free wireless. Overall, we had a nice holiday and would return.It's close to Galerie Butovice (Nove Butovice). There are two parking lots, fast access to bus and subway/tube/metro (yellow line).Our room was nice and had air conditioning. The dumpsters under our window were not the nicest thing to watch (or hear, since there was a glass container among them), but nothing is perfect.It's a bit on the airs and graces" side (beauty clinic

Got to the hotel and could not check in at 2. Ok, fine. Went into the city and came back at 6. Room is ready but was told I could not sure the shower, I had to use the spa shower. I went up to the room and it smelled like epoxy and adhesive. I was exhausted from travelling and just wanted to crash. They told me all the rooms were sold out. The lady from the desk went to the room and agreed that it was not at all to be slept in. She was then told by her manager that I can get a refund. This was the stupidest, most inconsiderate response since I had booked my reservation 3 weeks prior. She then 'found' me a room. This hotel could easily be something special for what it has and because it is close to the airport (20 mins). Management should be replaced. The only reason I am giving this hotel 2 stars is because of the reception lady being persistent dealing with her block-headed manager. Without her it would have been 1 star. Until these basic problems are fixed, I would not risk staying here.

Modern, clean, helpful and friendly stuff. Amazing gym. Will come definitely again.

Haven't decided to stay here, this place was shown as a wellness spa hotel outside of the city.In reality it is on the outskirts of the city and looks more like a gym with a wellness area and a hotel option.The area around is green and nice, more for the view than walks.Hoped to have a massage, but that was all busy, have to book in advance.Didn't quite enjoy the style of the restaurant - looks posh with the zebra styled bar

Was very disappointed. Definitely not worth the money. Hotel room sheets where like sand paper, shower too small. Had to ask reception to fix the tv on the first day. NO AC!! There is a/c system in every room but apparently it’s connected to their hotel central system so you not able to use it yourself. Receptionist said that it’s set to turn on when weather outside heats up over 25 degrees only and they cannot help us. We spend 4 nights there, couldn’t sleep even one night because we had to keep windows open and the room was full of mosquitoes. Left the hotel looking like we had chickenpox. They didn’t even try to solve the issue, said that there is nothing they can do. Worst experience ever. Breakfast very poor.. all juices have no taste literally water. You can have either plastic pancakes or eggs with bacon and tomatoes which is actually good but it’s always gone. Overall nice place good connection but would never come back!

The spa was nice and the hotel staff was accommodating. There was a bit of a language barrier and the spa could be loud at times, so not as relaxing. There was a gym that was open all night long and people were working out at all hours. Sometimes that was loud also. The room was spacious however the air conditioner began to make a terrible noise when we were there and could no longer use it. The restaurant was ok in comparison to everything else, a bit pricy for the quality of food and not exactly what was on the menu was what was brought out.
