Even though they were very packed and super busy, we were able to get a table after a brief 5 minute wait. The waitress was really friendly and helpful. We ordered the braised beef with dumplings and pork neck with potato dumplings. It was very tasty, I enjoyed trying local Czech dishes. The beer is fresh and refreshing.

Food was great! Although the restaurant was of local cuisine of Prague (which is mostly pork and alcoholic sauce), they still provide great alternatives during easter! Staffs were super nice! They gave us hot water extra for our tea! Definitely recommended! Good for family too!

We stopped by for a beer and were not disappointed. The atmosphere is welcoming and authentically Czech, making it the perfect spot for a casual drink. We enjoyed our beers out on the street, soaking in the lively energy of the city. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the beer selection was excellent - featuring some of the best local brews. A must-visit spot for beer enthusiasts and anyone looking to experience the true spirit of Prague!

The meat was so tender that it fell apart instantly in my mouth. The dumplings were really soft and tasty. What surprised me was that mixing the cranberry jam with the sauce added so much flavor to a different level and I loved it! This was the best meal I’ve had in Prague.

The food is amazing. I highly recommend the fried cheese! Gets really busy so expect to wait for a table.

The food was tasty, I tried the Ham with cream and horseradish (delicious combination) and the fried cheese with potatoes. Also tried the beer with foam, but I am not a fan. Excellent serving.

This is definitely a place to go to if you do not want to be surrounded by tourists. Located only steps away from the Karl's Bridge, you will find one of many Lokál restaurant locations. They serve very good local Czech food and amazing draft beer, with the price for both food and beer being very affordable. I can definitely recommend Freshly Minced Beef Tartar with Fried Bread". The atmosphere was very authentic and welcoming

Great local food and ONLY local food in the menu. Also all alcohol is local. Really recommend this place but be prepared to wait in line because it is really famous for locals. And also everyday is a new menu with new fresh ingredients.

Great spot for local cuisine! I got the Svickova and it was fabulous! Service was extremely fast! I am a tourist but it seemed as if locals were enjoying lunch at the same time as I, which I appreciated. 255kc or about €10.7 was very reasonable for a hearty lunch near the bridge. Would recommend!
