We were flying an fpv drone and lost a propeller nut. This Hornbach was open on weekend, we were able to buy a more or less appropriate nut and fix the drone. Good stuff.

Absolutely unfriendly and horrible customer service (the return product section), I bought a wrong item yesterday evening, did not even open it as it was a wrong reference, returned it with credit card print + scan of the ticket (as we left it home 30km from there) and very arrogant and inflexible behavior especially from the so called manager. Lazy not check the system or to show a bit of common sense, had to do 60km by car to get the original back (I had the perfect scan from phone), nice for the environment. Never again

The staff not very helpful, the prices have soared more than the inflation rate, and the construction materials prices have gone up so much, that this sort of 'everyone under the same roof' is not very attractive unless you need a free car parking space when you shop. Previously, those privately owned smaller local businesses were more expensive but today there is no difference in pricing. In fact the smaller hardware stores and DIY suppliers can offer better (old) prices and also they are nearer to your home.

My fav place. Whatever you need around house in terms of minor or medium issues. Youe can find stuff here to fix them. Staff is knowledgeable and it is opened in convenient times.
