These guys are awesome! Every time I have been in there they have completely solved all my problems. I speak Czech very badly, but they all speak English, so it good if you're a foreigner. Upgraded my internet, including a new router within an hour. Really lovely staff, hence 5 stars :)

deceive foreign tourists

If you have to use T-mobile services, be very careful. I made an order to be ready to pick up from this store. I was waiting for confirmation sms for 5 days only to find out that they do not send these sms and that it was ready to pick up from the first day. An employee made me electronically sign a document that he didn't present to me where was selected that I agree for receiving marketing messages.

The people working here are so good, best customer service

Can't speak English well, deceived customers, cheated to sign a contract, did not use the number, asked you to pay after leaving the Czech Republic for many months, called to cancel the contract, and sent an email to ask you to pay after two months.

Extremely unhelpful and uncooperative. They talked me into selling me an internet service even though they had a better package for a price three times lower. When I went to change my package, they didn't deactivate my previous one and kept charging me for both of them despite the fact that I had returned the device. I complained multiple times in a span of over two years and they never deactivated my internet and also kept charging me. Even when I asked them for written confirmations, they would write the wrong number which was not associated to my internet or draft a letter in czech language such that it would not be valid. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, beware of their scams.

Their average IQ is about 65. Better avoid this place.

Good experience! English speaking, friendly staff. Got a Sim card for data within 15 mins. No hassle! Can recommend.
