eFi Palace Hotel

I stayed here for 3 nights during my training. Since I had training just at the opposite end of the street, the location of the hotel was ideal for me. I had no idea that such noisy residents lived in the building opposite, but the windows sealed perfectly. The breakfast was great and it was nice that the hotel offered free transportation to certain places. I also have to praise their own brand of beer :)

A nice clean value for money hotel. It's close to the city centre about a 15 m walk also same distance to the train station. They have their own secure parking. The rooms are large and clean our room was like an apartment with a kitchen and some basic utilities.The neighborhood is not very clean a lot of construction etc... The hotel itself is very good with a large basement restaurant. The breakfast is totally worth it.

It was a good value for money hotel. We stayed one night only, so it was as much as we needed. A very neat bonus - welcome drink in the local bar (too bad we didn't have time to use it). The staff is super friendly and helpful.The street the hotel is located in is very noisy, also during the night, so sleeping with windows open was pretty impossible, and the room itself was rather warm.

Looks as though created from office block. Bedroom, bathroom, living/kitchen area off long hall. Glass sight panels in doors. No TV in bedroom, or shaving socket in bathroom. Pool is in the carpark under camo netting. Rough area to walk down at night. Stayed one night and made other arrangements.

This is the worst hotel I've been to. It has the word Palace" in its name

If you are expecting a hotel with a decent wifi connection, don’t even bother booking a room here. I couldn’t join the network from my room and the receptionists wouldn’t let me access any of the alternative networks the hotel hosts. This is absolutely unacceptable in 2023!

Rooms were spacious with apartment style facilities like a fridge, microwave and dining table which I appreciated. Hotel is quiet, which was great for working and close to where the main bus and train stations are, so easy and fast to get around. The area surrounding the hotel itself is a bit sketchy, in an area needing regeneration. The staff was competent but not particularly warm or friendly.

The room was great, service is also great and there are benefits like pool etc though we are not into that stuff but heard from others that its great. I am giving 4 stars because of the loud neighbourhood, even though it's pretty close to the centre, gypsies are unpleasant outside and pretty loud even at night. Other than this no negatives.

If only people would be kind with the clients and talk with them normal.It all started with the heat. It did not work in the room and I was at the receptionist 3 times. They went in the room to check themself and after 3 hours they started to open the heat in the radiator. After 12 hours it got hotter with 1 degree.I was with my mother and she was sick and they did not care. I asked for a radiator, they did not want to help. I asked for another room, they did not want to offer another one.I am so sad that people think that clients deserve this kind of treatment.I talked with the manager on the phone and she still talked to me like the heat was working.Eventually, she yeld at me and hang off the phone. So rude from her part. I guess this is normal for them.

Room was okay, albeit the absence of a holder for the shower head and any curtain will mean you'll flood the place or bathe instead of shower. Elevator is insufficient- there is only one, it's slow, lacks directional buttons, so you wait forever only to find out it's going in the opposite direction. The main problem is that it's in the middle of a ghetto. It might only be a 10-15 minute walk downtown, but it's that walk you definitely don't want to take. You don't want to leave the place at night.
