It is little bit not convenient that there is no Apple Store in Brno.But i am lucky to find MacPodpora!Service is professional and fast, price is not too high.Even i can choose to pay higher for changing new battery but they will not force you to do it. They just hope that I can fix the problem.Thank you so much!

First of all, foreign customers are not welcome, the female employee was definitely rude to me as I made her repeat couple times what she was saying (I have partial hearing loss and facemasks are making it difficult for me to understand).I went in this store in January to have my laptop fixed. I paid 8000czk for the replacement of few parts of it. The problem persisted and I had to come back three months afterwards for the exact same issue. They did not manage to fix it. No explanation or repayment was mentioned. I am now back in my home country with again the exact same problem, I lost money and time. I do not recommend. Go someplace else.

I brought a non-Mac piece of equipment to MacPodpora. It was an Apogee Quartet. They determined what was wrong. They weren't able to order the part, but I was able to order it from the US. They replaced the part and the unit works perfectly. I was very happy to be able to get it fixed here, rather than Germany or the US, which would have been much more expensive. It's an expensive piece of equipment and I use it a lot. It's great to have it working again, actually working better than before.

They have very good service for repairs. They had my MacBook Air checked thoroughly and they sent me detailed pics of what’s going on. Unfortunately the price of repair is over my budget, so I also made a deal with the store to sell it. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I brought to MacPodpora my cellphone which no longer worked, I thought it was broken. But they fixed it and they were so very fast. Thank you again.I ve also advised my sister to go to them when her mobile phone screen broke, they fixed it right away.

Incredibly fast and efficient service. Walked in around 2:30 needing a battery repair for my MacBook. Got a text at 3:30 that it was ready. I paid a little extra to have my laptop cleaned inside and out too (I hardly recognised my computer afterwards it was so clean!). The lady was helpful, friendly, and understood English. Will absolutely go again whenever my devices need repairs.

Just professionals. My MacBook was ready next day, which is super fast. And also they speak English, so if you are a foreigner and you have problems with your Apple device - go there, you won’t be disappointed. 10/10 ❤️

I'm really happy that I'd gone to MacPodpora with my laptop - which shut down during a software update and was completely unresponsive. I received a thorough diagnostics on the issue alongside the price calculation for the repair, straight the next day. Compared to the first Apple service that I'd gone to (unfortunately didn't read their reviews first), MacPodpora not only saved me a lot of money on the repair but also saved my data - as they managed to fix my logic board (which the previous service didn't even attempt to do) - this was greatly appreciated!I would recommend this place to anyone in need of high quality tech service!!
