my experience is specifically with new contacts and optician Veronika. Overall efficiency at first seemed very pleasant but once there were problems the efficiency was disinterested in problem solving. As long as there are no hiccups one might walk away from this with good feelings but the staff lacks interest in pressing on when things do not go as planned.

Very helpful staff. Moderate English spoken. I went in for new frames for my broken spectacles and, when they told me they didn't have them in stock, offered to glue the broken frames back together for free. Thanks so much!

S optic is a really convenient shop, near the metro station Andel, the staff speak fluent English.I broke the screw in my sunglasses, they get it fixed during the day without any problem.Next time I'll have to buy glasses, I'll definitely go there

I went in with a desperately bent pair of glasses and left with them fixed and she even replaced a screw that was missing. Very nice staff, a large selection and a clean showroom. If you need some help with glasses go here first!!
