Very poor after sales service. I bought a Sana 828 juicer and the initial service was good. Not great but okay. I bought more stuff from then and the service was good.8 mouths later and one of the parts breaks. I called, emailed, filled in forms: nothing. They don't answer the phone, ignore emails and don't care.I've discovered that they are also Sana-store.com and that the Sana parts are basically the same as Huron.If I wanted to buy the spare part I need they will happily sell it. But wont help with something that's broken.I would avoid.

If I had to buy another juicer, I would definitely purchase from them. They treat customers with great professionalism. I made an order last week. I received the wrong item a few days later (mistakes can happen to anybody). I informed the company about it the same night. Next morning I had an email in my inbox saying that the correct item was already on its’ way. I received it within 24hours. They made it very easy for me. I would definitely recommend them, I would buy from them again. It was a pleasure dealing with the company.
