Hi everyone, I would like to add the review about this company. The first thing I want to mention is that I had the happy end with this company. I saw a lot of reviews that money for the security deposit wasn't returned for some reason. I was in the same situation and it wasn't good at all. In 2 months I received finally the security deposit as we left the apartment in a very good condition (we painted all the walls and cleaned the apartment before leaving it). I think everyone has some specific case with this company but in general it's not so bad.Big thanks to Vojtech Z., as I didn't have any issues with this guy. He was helping me a lot, especially with the documents for the immigration center. He was honest with me and that's why I didn't have any problems with my apartment.Points to improve, I would recommend to take a look at these points :1. Please, be honest with your clients. Notify about any payments, underpayments in advance. It's better to include this thing in the contract. People won't have questions then.2. Regarding the security deposit, please return the money the same day before getting the keys. It's very important for people, believe me. If you would like to grow as a good company.3. Please don't ignore the emails and questions from the clients, especially regarding underpayment and security deposits.Thanks,Good luck.

Zloději. Zákon jim nic neříká. Vyhněte se obloukem!Avoid!Tak ještě teda odpověď na váš dotaz. Hledala jsem s kamarádkou byt přes vás. Pronajala si byt v hrozném stavu. Dávaly jsme ho dohromady. Pak se stěhovala narychlo do zahraničí a byt pak předala na začátku měsíce, přestože měla zaplacený celý měsíc nájem a nechala 20tisíc kauci. Byt uz 2měsíce (ze 3=výpovědní lhůta) ani téměř nepoužívala. Jen když na pár dní přiletěla. Poslední zaplacený měsíc už jste měli byt předaný a volný k pronájmu. Přesto ji ted vyhrozujete advokátem, že má zaplatit skoro 30tisíc za vymalování 68M2 bytu. Bez nějakého důkazu o malování, pouze napsanou směšnou tabulku v emailu, kde např. krytí podlah za 4000kč :D To je totiž zhruba polovina částky, kolik by stálo celé malování přes profi firmu. Jinak já malovala minulý týden dům 100m2 a vystacila jsem si s 6 krycími foliemi (jedna za 40kc OBI :D) Za uklid tech folii co zabere, když to přeženu, 5minut mate 2000kc atd. A celé je to zkrátka nehorázná drzost a je to uplne irelevantní požadovat 30tisíc po odečtení 20tisíc kauce za neprokázané malování bytu měsíce po jeho předání!!!Zkrátka někdo vám nechal peníze za prázdný byt a vysokou kauci, tak jste zavětřili peníze a snažíte se ji okrást. Jednoduché, nechutné, ubohé!

Jako nájemnice zatím s firmou nemám nejmenší problém. Vyřešili za mě pojistnou událost když mi ze sklepa zmizelo kolo, přeplatky mi taky vrátili bez okolků. Zatím teda naprostá spokojenost. Dokonce jsem se dozvěděla, že kdybychom potřebovali větší byt, tak to taky do budoucna není problém.

Horrible experience. They will find plenty of excuses not to return your deposit and even charge you additionally once you move out and end your rental agreement.

I cannot get my deposit for renting of flat from agency. I moved out already 2 month ago and still didn’t get it back. Initially they said that they need to wait for bills to come which is understandable but 2 months has passed and I still have no news. They don’t answer me when they gonna return it. And I know lots of people have problems with them.

I stayed in an apartment rented through UlovDomov for two years and I genuinely do not recommend renting through them. While the owner of the apartment (an individual) was totally ok and I never had a problem with him, the agency is a completely different story. Just about everything took a lot longer than it really should have. Even before moving in, they were already in the process of changing a moldy balcony door - or so I thought. It took well over half a year before the door was actually finally changed - in the middle of winter, too. There was so much going back and forth and it seemed like the people who worked at the agency back then were honestly just completely incompetent. I have to say that somehow the women at the agency always seemed totally ok, but the men were unprofessional and just incompetent. Communication *really* wasn't one of the agency's strengths.One of the heatings wasn't working so UlovDomov ordered a handyman to come fix it. I paid for the service and it literally took UlovDomov almost 9 months to return the amount (only a couple hundred CZK at that). The final bill (deposit) they sent at the end of the rent was wrongly calculated - were they trying to scam me? I don't know, but after the whole experience - and reading other reviews - I would almost think so. Ultimately, they returned the deposit quite timely and deducted a couple hundred CZK from it. I decided to just take the deposit and not argue about the sum because I simply did not want to waste any more of my time with UlovDomov. All in all, there were no super serious f*ck ups (nothing that would affect my safety), but for my own peace, I wouldn't rent through this agency ever again.

I've had an excellent experience renting in Prague for a year, especially from an employee called Daniel Dubinsky. Responsive, professional and high level of English. They also don't scam deposits which is a common thing in Prague. On negatives, I had to pay 2 rents deposit + comission + rent of a month on moving date which was really inflexible and not everyone can do that, even though they allowed me to give the second rent deposit the next month. And a bit of an overcharge on moving out date for cleaning etc. I would use them again. 4/5

Nepáči sa mi, že keď potrebujem niečo riešiť, tak to v ich firme rieši hrozne veľa osôb a vo výsledku nikto nie je poriadne informovaný a je v tom chaos. Potom sa to pre mňa zbytočne dlho naťahuje, robí to problémy a uberá mi to čas. Zo začiatku som bola spokojná, ale druhý krát by som si prenajímať byt cez nich už nechcela.
