This vet is amazing! I've been to several Czech vets before and they didn't know how to handle my cat who is terrified at the vet. This doctor went above and beyond, sang songs to my cat, and made us all comfortable. The nurse is very nice too. She baked cookies for the clients! He speaks English, Czech, and Turkish. Reasonable prices and weekend hours. I'm so glad we found him!

Best vet in PRAGUE! My dog used to have bad experience with other vets and was hiding, but he runs to this clinic whenever we go there. The doctor is very professional and always takes his time to explain everything that he is doing.

While travelling through Prague our dog started having some worrying bleeding and I started googling vets online.Luckily Uno answered immediately and checked our dog outside of opening hours being very patient and explaining the different scenarios. His knowledge was very comprehensive and I found him very trustworthy. He checked on my dog's state via whatsapp later on and gave us great advice. We went for a check up before leaving Prague and my dog was happy to see him  something he's never done with a vet! On top of this it's worth mentioning that the prices were great. Dr. Yurdakul is an excellent Czech Veterinarian who truly cares about his pet patients. He takes his time to learn about each pet, he is knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions and i plan to definitely plan to go back and recommend him to many of my classmates at Anglo American University.

He is one of the best vets you can get in Prague and in very reasonable prices. He is very professional. Easy to reach him to get an appointment, he even support you in case of any needs via phone. For me, this is splendid and makes me feel comfortable and in control. My cat and I are very happy with him! He speaks Czech and English. So, it very benefits my bf can get also info when needed. I highly recommend him, if you are looking for a vet for your lovely pet.

Awful experience at this veterinarian clinic. We brought our cat for an emergency visit on Saturday due to redness and slight swelling of the eye and because the cat kept rubbing it.The vet conducted a quick test and diagnosed a serious cornea damage. They administered antibiotics, prescribed painkillers, and instructed us to use a protective collar for at least a month and apply two different eye drops multiple times a day, which caused extreme stress for our cat. The vet also painted a grim picture of potential outcomes, including the possibility of stitching the eye together and said that we will need to be coming back every 2 or 3 days for antibiotics injections.Just three days later, we sought a second opinion from our regular vet, who conducted additional tests and confirmed that the cat's eye was completely fine without any damage, therefore we can take off the collar and discontinue all the treatment. The swelling was most probably due to some sensitivity.It has been two months since then, and our cat's eye is perfectly healthy, proving our regular vet's assessment correct.In the end we were misdiagnosed, paid around 2000 at the clinic and caused unnecessary stres to our cat, as he had to to wear the protective collar and undergo the eye drop treatment, while we were scared that issue is so severe.Additionally, the vet gave us wrong eye drops, so we had to go and exchange them next day.Upd. To answer the response from the vet.It is correct about the paid amount, it was 1692 CZK.However, I am no veterinarian, that is why we came to the clinic in the first place. Even, if we barely saw something in the eye after the test, we are inclined to believe the professional. We were specifically told that the treatment of such demage will take at least a month and specifically told to come for antibiotics injections every 2 or 3 day. If it was misinformation, it is on the vet. However, now, it seems that something that was suppose to heal a month, completely healed in 2 full days...

Really Amazing and Professional Doctor and Nurse! You can see his kindness and compassion to the animals. He is easy to reach and to book appointments, also speaks english and provides us with clear information of his diagnosis. Highly recommended!

Newly opened veterinary clinic. I highly recommend them. Extremely polite, super nice and fair prices. This is the only veterinary clinic where my dog doesn't get nervous at all.They provide their services in Czech, English and Turkish. If you need a vet. clinic, try this one. You won't regret. :)
