I have leased a car and bought another one in Auto Brejla, and was always satisfied. Being (mostly) an English speaker, I was very happy to have been in contact with Ivo Zelezny, who gave me the best customer service that I have ever got from a car dealership. I had a very positive experience from Auto Brejla. I had interaction with Ivo Zeleny who is very pleasant. I was purchasing Kodiaq L&K, he gave a test drive including very good off road test drive too. during the entire sales process he was amazing.during services, he accompanied me to show how to maintain the car as well. Very pleasant and warm experience. He speaks good English, his knowledge of car and its accessories is great too

I haven't bought a car there yet so I can't give a 5 star rating. But the staff was pleasant and willing to help - in English... To manage tech questions about cars and the answers in the Czech language would have been a nightmare for me.

Please find my best recommendation to this delear and Mr. Zelezny especially. He is top professional expert with amazing customer approach. Full attention to details, involved in checking, advising, willing to negotiate. Always having time for discussion, sending explanation and answers by emails according to agreement and timing. I wish all delears having kind of Mr Zelezny in their team who is working with full motivation and giving satisfaction to customers. Best 5 stars :)

I had my point.of view about car dealers but... Then I have met Ivo.We just arrived in Prague knowing nothing about cars in CZ. From the first moment he led me through the process explained everything he was there for us. Explained showed try to help to arrange issuance ,suggested what to buy and what to avoid.We were able to reach him whenever needed and even for some questions the day after.Thank you Ivo.I wish I had my own Ivo everywhere. Not everyday you do find competent and passionate car sellers... I have had a very pleasant experience with Mr Ivo who from point of view is very knowledgeable about what he does. Unfortunately I did not end up buying Skoda, however, be on the look out for him if you are stopping by. Keep it up Mr Ivo, for sure our paths will cross again...
