The staff collectively are poor ambassadors for the Czech People. I say this based on a number of interactions over a year. They are inexplicably discourteous and disrespectful, and generally make a routine trip into an unpleasant experience. For example, twice I have had the counter unexpectedly close on me. I can only surmise that they are too ignorant to care what foreigners think about their lack of manners.I do not expect rainbows, smiles, and American levels of service in Czech - but common decency and professionalism.

Can I leave 0 stars? Terrible service, arrogant and annoying/annoyed staff. I wish there was an alternative as all post offices in the area suck balls.

The stuff is always nice to me. And I have never waited so terribly long, because if there is too many people in, I would come an other time. But what upsets me is, that it is closed on Saturday. Normal posts are open in the morning on Saturday. That is very upsetting.

I like this post office, and I have had only good experiences here. I have been sending my parcels from this office for the past 4 months, and everyone has been kind and friendly to me. Although I don't speak Czech, the staff has been patient and spoken to me in English when I didn't understand something. Once, a clerk used a translator to help me understand what she was saying, which was very helpful and kind. This was in contrast to my terrible experience at another post office where the staff were unwilling to help me because of my poor Czech language skills.
