If I could give 0 stars I would!! My bus never came and nobody could tell me where it was. There’s no number to call to check on the status and nobody at the station in Berlin knew about the company. Don’t waste your time!!

AMS bus is very unreliable transport company. Waiting at the bus stop for 40 minutes when I called the service to have update about my bus. They informed me the bus was going to be delayed for 2 hours without any notification to the customer. The same situation has happened to me 1 year ago but I gave it the second chance this time. Not anymore. Definitely not recommended.

2 times and never again .... 1.30 hours wait time seems to be the normal rule .... NOT RECOMMENDED!

I traveled from this bus yesterday(27th Sep 2022). I booked it online using app.Bus (toilets too) was clean and easy to find. Helpful driver and polite luggage care taker. We have been provided a small water bottle and chocolates. Bus was on time.Overall really happy with the service (Unlike Flixbus).

terrible experience! you need to have ticket printed-which is so uncommon in our times (more after pandemic) but thats ok if company would be helpful. If you travel from other side of Europe (World!) you really dont know where to print ticket and you dont have time for that-company on the bus station Florenc should help with that, give some advice. Its fine workers dont speak English but they just ignore foreigners! Treating impolite with racism. SHAME SHAME By call phone also only comment was- you need to print at home, and its your problem. Finally my boyfriend just lost bus. crossing half of the world from Venezuela and in any other country was not treated in such away! and thats in Prague- capital city, so bad first impression of the country!

Brno - Jihlava works perfectly. No problems, the driver is always chill and drives the bus safely. Everything worked just fine. Just forget about the reservation, people in the bus probably bought the tickets from the driver and they'll sit where they can and you should do as well even with a reservation.
