I have visited 3 or 4 times this place. I always liked it, however today seems to be quite bad. Very poor attention/respect from the lady at the counter. She did not seem to be willing to work despite the low activity.She also assigned the races very poorly and I cannot justify coming back here again…

Awful experience. Almost ruined my son’s birthday party (saved because we went somewhere else). We called 2 weeks before asking to book for 15 kids. We were rudely told that they don’t do it and to wait the Wednesday before the Saturday party and book online. I do it (3 days before the party with guests already notified of time and location) but their website doesn’t work. I call again and again in a very rude way they told me that the price if you want to book is 500kc per person for 10 minutes. (Normally if you buy single tickets is 350kc!) and anyway maximum 10 people. It is the first place I know where booking for a group is actually more expensive than buying single tickets. This was also not shared with us 2 weeks ago. They wasted my time almost leaving me without a location for the party. Horrible customer service. Arrogant people. Commercially nonsensical. That place would serve better as warehouse. Stay away.

Waited 1.5 hour for a single drive, the second got postponed by 20+ minutes.Nice karts, but totally disorganized everything else and very rude reception lady

Great carting area! If you have an extra day in Prague and tired of Old Town, this is the best place for you! Amazing stuff, good food and cool atmosphere! Highly recommended!

Terrible experience here for my son’s birthday. Showed up when they opened and was the second in line. Asked to make a booking for he and his friends and was told the soonest they could do was noon by an extremely rude woman. When her colleague came to help she told her colleague in Czech, that “they can wait, they are Ukrainians”. We are not but several of my sons friends were. Utterly disgusting that a business employee would say such a thing. Will not be returning.

Very nice karts and track, everything is very new, professional and clean. The karts are electric and They have a very nice display/result/time system. However, Its very expensive (250kč(10€) per 10 minutes) And the personel isnt the nicest. In addition to this you MUST buy their own head protection Otherwise They wont let you use the mandatory helmet. That Will cost you another 100kč.Whats a plus are free lockers and a restaurant.

Nice big arena, the race track has multiple option to overtake (full round takes around 53sec per round) and you can use boost button once per round to get you the better chances. Professional staff will show you all the necessary things regarding the cart before the race and let you choose the good size of a helmet. It is required to have a head mask covering your hear for the hygiene. You can bring your own or buy it at the bar. Great place to have fun. Recommend

Awful service at the desk, the line you have to wait in is 30-40min, the only one cash desk is very slow. Sunday morning took me 50 min to get the tickets.Owner is loosing a lot of revenue because customers have to wait to spend their money.Do something with it.

Great track, karts in ok condition. On the outskirts of Prague meaning you'll have a pretty hard time to get here. Some turns could be different and personally I had a pretty hard time to get a flow going only ending in P3 and P2 which was not enough for me. I also got injured by what I think was a cracked seat but nothing serious. You really do fit into the kart and the seat belts help. I find the karts very understeery which really is not my style. I'd give that to the differential which I couldn't really get to lock and get a good slide going which isn't really how a kart ordinarily handles. I did enjoy the helpful staff and ok pricing. Overall a good spot for beginners.

We came to the place and almost no one spoke English. The instructor calls the rounds in Czech and because of that we missed our round and were told to wait for the next available round which was in half an hour. In the meantime, while we were waiting for our round, my little brother’s round came (he was separated from us because he is a child) and he hit the wall by accident. The border collapsed, and he got injured near the eye, and when we tried to get help no one understood what we were saying in English and it was really hard to treat him. Overall the place is really unorganized, and not safe and I would definitely not recommend this place. This was by far my worst experience in Prague and I will not return here.
