Včera (06.06.2023) jsem byla v Praze na schůzce a chtěla jsem ji spojit s návštěvou prodejny Sofa Dog Wear v Praze na Zličíně, která má otevřeno vždy v úterý mezi 15. a 19. hodinou. Konečně si budu moci před nákupem prohlédnout různé modely této značky naživo"

This store is a joke.I wish I'd read the reviews, but a friend recommended this store to me. They refuse to give me a refund when I returned my item before their deadline because THEY didn't respond for over a month. Will likely be talking to my lawyer to see how to stop them from ripping all of their customers off.

My first order here was perfect, I was so excited that I finally found a great shop for my doggy. But the second order... After payment, the store did not respond to me for almost a week, which I can understand, because Christmas is coming soon and there are many orders. But the coat arrived to me badly sewn, with plastic threads sticking out everywhere, which will obviously annoy my dog!!! I partially trimmed these threads, but it did not save the situation. Disappointed and will not order from here again!

I have ordered several clothes, harnesses and leash for my iggy for a year now. The quality is fantastic and I think they have a pretty good customer service. Sometimes difficult to reach by phone, but always responds quickly by email. Recommend them if you need nice quality clothes for your Italian dog (iggy), which is very difficult to find. I will order more from here. In addition, the absolute best dog harnesses for Italian greyhounds, they fit perfectly.At one point, they sent me the wrong color for the item I ordered.After I pointed this out, they quickly came up with a solution, which I appreciated. Everyone can make mistakes, it's just important how you handle them to keep your customers, which I think Sofa Dog Wear does.

Mit den Mänteln und der Qualität war ich immer sehr zufrieden, der Kundenservice hat mich heute allerdings sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe auf einer Messe einen Mantel gekauft, der dann leider eine Nummer zu groß war. Ich wollte den Mantel daher auf eine Nummer kleiner umtauschen, allerdings war dies aus mir unerklärlichen Gründen nicht möglich. Auch auf meinen Vorschlag, dass sie aufgrund der Umstände die Differenz zwischen den beiden Mänteln gerne behalten könnte, wurde nicht eingegangen. Ich habe nun also einen zu großen Mantel für meinen Hund zu Hause, den ich nicht verwenden kann. Zukünftig werde ich meine Hunde also wo anders ausstatten - vielen Dank für die Unterstützung!

Achtung bei dem Verkäufer. Versenden kaputte Ware , melden sich erst nach Paypal Fall wegen der Reklamation und erstatten dann die Rückversandkosten ins Ausland nicht.
