I joined with the multi-sport card and so far have only joined one class (circuit training).Most important: the instructor was really good. She was able to engage with all the people(12 or 13 of us) to fix our mistakes or to give some tips and to motivate us.The facility is very spacious, very clean, and the staff was helpful from the registration process and my first entry, etc...I didn't do a gym workout but I entered the gym and the machines and weights looked fine, many people say the equipment is older style, but weight is weight is weight!I'll be coming back again.

Great gym - visiting all three branches (Euforie Smichov/Karlín/Pankrác); in every gym you will find good quality equipment, enough space, changing rooms, showers, Wi-Fi, nice reception girls always welcoming you and make you feel welcome which makes atmosphere even better. Thank you David (the owner) for putting together such an amazing place/platform for us to train. Highly recommend not only for serious lifters but also for average people who want to get healthy and fit. A really nice and well equipped gym, beautiful sorrounding, clean and nice staff members. The only downside at the moment (and a really important one) is that their air conditioning system is not working and it gets really hot and humid inside.

I was asked to register in order to obtain their card despite having multi-sport. Why? This is the only place I’ve experienced this request. The gym is clean and spacious but the equipment is well outdated. It felt like Schwarzenegger used to train on those machines.

There could be more coat hangers and the showers need to be repaired to get to those 5 starts, but otherwise the place is great. I really like the open space and the balance it creates between weightlifting, machines and other exercise routines you can do. The trainers and the staff are very friendly and the place overall has a good vibe.

First I do not like data mining : first visit I have to register, I do not even know if I like it or not.Secondly, It is completely crazy that some trainer asked me to give her a priority for equipment because it is crucial for her client. I am sorry I came after work and I do not have time to waste. What is this approach? What is this trainer who does not have mitigation plan in place? E. g substituting an exercise if equipment is occupied already.

Small-ish but solid gym. Equipment is a bit old but has everything you need for a good weight workout: rack, barbells, dumbbells, benches, cables, machines etc. Good amount of cardio machines too. Note it is kind of hard to find: you have to enter the office building a few doors down from the sign and go up the escalator to first floor.

Gym classes are not bad, but taking a shower afterwards is a nightmare. Lockers are obviously small (as is common in most fitness centres). The water pressure in showers is very small and water temperature constantly goes up and down from very hot to very cold, so dont even think about washing your hair, and even just a quick shower takes forever.
