This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you will love it I'm sure!We had an amazing stay at a hotel where we were treated with respect and attention. Every single staff member was polite, professional and wearing a smile. A perfect location with great bars and cafes nearby. We cannot wait to come back.

Receptionist: Very kind and nice to us (big +). Not so good was the hotell room, on first look it was obvious that the best is gone. It is not about regular cleaning (room was cleaned as much is possible) but it shoud have deeper cleaning of cerpenter and chairs. Lampshades has the spots (I can't Imagine about the party, which cause this, peoples are wierd), In sum, the room needs resfrehsment, but it was OK. The wrong part: Hotel breakfast, this was big disappoitment. Eggs are poor, sausage low quality. Worst 4* restaurant where i was. Waiter permanently taking your plate or cups even that grey is not empty (so much wasting). You need several times go for some of ingredients (we were waiting for eggs for 30 minutes) as constantly something is missing. So, you come back and your plate is gone (now have eggs but not bread or coffee) please learn them that cover outside off means I'm not finished. Also, people need to ask to add missing food. So if you plan stay in hotel, Personel of hotel is +++++, rooms are OK. Avoid of hotel restaurant.

The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was very good. Staff is also very friendly.

This hotel is in a perfect location....steps away from the underground tour and very close to all major downtown attractions. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful......really the best of the best. The parking garage was crowded on a holiday weekend but clean and safe. Wifi was fast enough to stream shows. There are ice machines on every level and there is a nice gym with wonderful views on the top level. Breakfast was crowded,, but good and they were on top of refilling items, nothing was ever low. We'll defeintely return.

Great hotel with very friendly and humorous staff, especially Freddy and Akhi who took great care to help us as much as they possibly could. They are great people to have around if you have allergies, and made sure we felt welcome at all times.

The hotel staff is super accommodating and professional. Barbora especially went out of her way to help solve a problem with our booking. She also helped with shipping something I left in my room to me after I departed. If I could give 6 stars I would! really appreciate the help. Good location in Plzeň, walking distance to the Pilsner Urquell brewery. The room was comfortable and the bed was a good nights sleep. The breakfast buffet was pretty average for quality, but with a wide selection of food
