Quick run to up and down, your public transport more days tickets, passes can be used otherwise 60 CZK / adult. No queue and crowd on weekdays in early afternoon.

Tourist trap, you buy the ticket, then they open the gate, tell you to passThen when you get down they make you pay 1000 czk per person because you didn't validate the ticket.Scam !!!!

Quick and simple to us. Card only payments, nip in and get you ticket first so you don't hold up the queue, stops half way so don't get off till the top!There's a coffee shop and of course the tower at the top, (at an extra charge), 299 steps or elevator. Great views and only takes 20 - 30 mins.

Robbed for 2000 króna each after buying 2 tickets with no info of validating" them before getting to the top of the railway.Purchased tickets at the gate (that's left wide open) with practically nothing to say what to do with it at the bottom (no security no turnstiles) everything wide open to let's you right through onto the train and off until the jobsworth security guards at the top who pounced demand our id then insisted on payment.Apparently a well known scam according to loads on trip advisor (hindsight is a wonderful tool).Spoiled the entire trip to the tower and our last day in Prague.If I could give this 0 stars I would"

Please be careful. Tourist trap in Prague. The operators are just waiting for you not to validate your tickets on the return journey. Two „friendly“ ladies will be waiting downstairs to collect a €40 fine per person.It's better to walk. It's healthier and much cheaper! Prague is great. But the cable car is the absolute negative experience. Unfortunately!

The only land line cabin lift in Czech Republic. There is only a few places with similar lifts on the world. All the system of the cabin lifts is technically amazing and rare. Plus we doesn’t like skipping climbing up steep Perrin hill with breathtaking views.

Nice way to go to the top of a hill to see Praque from above. Walk trough a nice park to the castle and enjoy the view.

Please be careful. This is a tourist trap in Prague. The operators are just waiting for you not to validate your tickets. They try and charge you a fortune as a fine. Don't give them your id and just walk off. They need to be locked up.
