Very taste and good, but service is 0, waiter was xenophobic and rasicst! Even if I smiled and tried to be polite, she kept going. Will never visit even though I liked coffees and eclairs.

Friendly staff, they're very helpful and nice. The food is really tasty, the perfect lunch if you don't want to go to a full restaurant but also really nice to take to go

We bought 3 kings cake for our family 6.1.2023 and inside we found figure dated 2018 !!!We want to go forward not back !

Today I bought more than twenty macarons in this paul because I think its delicious but the store's attitude is not good very impatient, because I packed to home and than i saw she gave me less macarons and also counted me more money Im very angry this is a very poor shopping experience i will never come to this store again

Cappuccino - It was not hot. Barely taste the coffee.Bread - not warmAlmond croissant - goodService - horrible. The young gal who took my order looked as she was not happy to be at work. She constantly talked to her co-worker while taking my order. They interrupted my sentence 3x where other customer who was inline shook her head. I was extremely disappointed with my 1st breakfast and 1st day in Prague Old Town.

Strongly recommend!!! (but not butter croissant- don't like yeast dough :) )Crispy palmier, tender canele and quiche, good coffee and tarts.Especial thanks to the staff for their help!

The worst service I ever experience, extremely rude cashier.Firstly they were talking/arguing with each other so it takes some time to get their attention while waiting stating up for them to reply.Then the pie I bought it was extremely cold as if came from the fridge I asked one of the older blonde ladies to warm it up and she had the nerve to get angry because I “already ate it”. Yes I had to try to find it was COLD, and how is that even relevant if it’s me how is gonna eat it anyway???She got angry and so rude for such a simple task.
