Reserved via detailled email a bike 6 weeks in advance and got a confirmation. At the day of the pick up they refused me the bike for the reason that my use is not allowed by their general conditions. The employee even pointed out that he had read the email and knew that he wouldn't give out the bike. Why didn't he reply to the mail and cancelled his colleagues confirmation before I made my way to their shop?

We only stopped for the restaurant/cafe, but I was very disappointed. After 85km+ on a bike all I wanted was either something healthy or something savory. All they have are cakes, literally. No fruit basket, no panini, not even a frickin protein bar. Why?

Best bike-shop experience in the Czech Republic. Great and friendly staff, helped with the bike selection and explained all the details. First bike service and maintenance (within the warranty) is free of charge! True professionals They have also a nice place outside if you just want to stop by for a coffee :)

I've had a mechanical on my bike outing. Luckily this place was on the way. The kind staff lent me the tools I needed to fix my bike without hesitation. Looks like a cool shop, and I hope my next visit will be for a better reason.

A Most Excellent Bike, Ski Shop and Restaurant.I drove almost 2 1/2 hours to shop there because they carry such top quality items in every category, but the excellent level of service was “the icing on the cake”, as we say in America.The bike & ski shop adjoins a restaurant that was surprisingly superb.Michael gave great customer service!

Service is excellent. The staff is patient and not pushy at all. They’re busy on the weekends so try the weekdays if you’re a hurry. Vast selection of bikes and gear. One of my favorite bike/ski shops in Prague
