They have a very large selection of parts that are hard to find anywhere else, for me anyway, for fair prices. Shipping's a bit expensive (it's international after all), but still surprisingly fast. Worth it in my eyes. Definitely going to be my go-to for any parts I can't find from domestic sellers.

I had a guy helping me out with picking the right gear.. He deliberately spent 2 hours overtime, just to help me, it went to the point that I felt kinda bad for him. I highly recommend going there in person instead of ordering it online. If it wouldn’t be for that one person. I’d probably rate you 4 stars. Thx a lot “A” you deserve a raise dude!

Items arrived quickly when being shipped over seas and well packed.had all the items in stock that uk airsoft sites never seem to have. Couldn't ask for more. Will use again.

Asked them if they had a part in stock. They said yes. Asked them if they ship RU, they said yes. Asked them again if they had the part and they again yes. I order and pay for the part and they say they don't have it. They said they gonna refund it. It's been 15 days and no refund came. I asked where is my refund and they said they sent it already.Pretty scammy, good thing part was around 6 euros...Update - looks like refund came eventually

Purchasing from the UK obtained an EMG SAI QD Handguard, only one I could find worldwide still in stock, got in contact, customer service had instantaneous replies, helpful and cooperative entirely throughout, had to arrange my own courier regardless they consistently helped with all the information necessary, documents, package sizes etc. Overall above standard service, brilliant airsoft store would recommend to anyone local, and if you are in desperate need of airsoft parts, definitely a trusted site.
