This place is set in a beautiful surroundings on the outskirts of Poděbrady and offers the first of many nice opportunities throughout the city to drink, eat and relax.

Tasty food. Picturesque location. Homemade lemonade is a must. Burger is really good. Caesar salad is good, but if just more of a snack, sadly the portion is small :(

The Penzion: Probably the best Penzion I have stayed in in Czechia! The price us great, communication (even with my poor Czech) is very good. Check-in very quick. The room was modern and tastefully decorated in a nautical theme. The bathroom excellent and well stocked. The mattresses were very comfortable. The whole place is incredibly clean. Even on a winters day the view of the Labe river is pleasant from the spacious balcony with four chairs and a table... Fast Wi-Fi and an good information folder in Czech and English. The location is very quiet, but within five minutes of Poděbrady town centre. Outside, there's ample parking, a large seating area next to the Penzion and another smaller one on a jetty over the river. There's also a lovely children's playground and a tennis court.The Restaurant: A lovely restaurant with a good menu, pleasant and quick service and delicious food. Thd coffee is great. Prices are very reasonable and the breakfast simply amazing. A real smorgasbord where you can even put together a half decent English breakfast!Very highly recommend!

Good place at the riverside. Restaurant with a terrace and a pension.The place looks nice. The choice of food is good. Also some vegetarian possibilities are offered.The place is good for families with children.The staff was friendly and fast and the quality of the food good. The fish and chips" was not like the original

We go there most times when I visit Podebrady.the food is good, I had the smazak this time.they have play areas for the kids and a nice deck when the weather is nice.wr often walk along the river as a group.it is a nice place and I am sure I will go again.
