The best car rental company I have ever been in. If you come on tuesday or wednesday and book Golf or something, you should get better car like Superb or some BMW. Really nice surprise from them and really nice experience. Friendly staff and new cars.

Stay away if you can. I must say that this is the most unpleasant car rental experience I have ever experienced. It is the same on other branches around the world. Unpleasant people, shady rules.

The worth experience of car renting ever.Personal is rude and do not really care about your problem.Europcar serve us with broken cur and it takes 2 days to change it.You are not people into this country" - the key messege from them."

Returned our car and now find ourselves in the stereotypical position the following week where we've been sent an invoice for hundreds of euros for made up damage to the wheels.We took our own images upon return and are in the midst of contesting this, imagine they lick their lips when you don't take out the additional cover.Avoid.Update : Successfully claimed our money back (some 600 odd euros) by going over their heads to daddy UK/EU Europcar head office. Lessons learned throughout.

On the return from the USA in the CDG they lost our luggage so they did not arrive in Prague. Including car cot. We had our car parked in the airport so we had problem to go home with our 6 month daughter. The baggage claim office did not offer any solution so we decided to rent a cot from rent-a-car company. We tried 6 of them, but all refused to help us. The first who actively help was a gentleman in Europcar - he rented us a cot for a very reasonable price so we could go safely home. Thank you, Europcar!

Avoid. Booked car with travel agency for early start 7am, manager was supposed to come but no one was here and just arrived 8am, with nothing ready (all documents sent 3 days before). Return in the agency dramatically long also...

Card was charged, we received confirmation that our car was ready 13 minutes before pick up time. When we got there, the branch was closed because of “technical difficulty”. We called and got voicemail at one phone number, and at the other, an employee told us our car was canceled, no explanation, no alternative vehicle or location. We had to cancel part of our trip. I’ve never booked with europcar before, but at least this was literally the worst possible experience. I’m sure getting our money back will be hell too.
