Mainly writing this as I was misled by a previous review saying there were plenty of vegan choices.I booked in advance and requested a vegan meal and was assured that was possible.Must have been lost in translation as when we eventually ate there the vegan options I was offered were duck, fish, cheese etc. Eventually had some plain garlic spaghetti which I was assured didn't contain egg (but I think it likely did).Definitely go to Tusculum instead if you're after vegan food.

A fantastic little place. The restaurant is small and cosy, yet very elegant. The interior betrays a certain level of attention to detail that I admire.The service strikes the right balance between politeness, attentiveness, and Bohemian Verschmitztheit.We had a full set of starters, mains, and desserts, and we were very satisfied with everything. The menu is refreshingly crisp and very local Bohemian. The only little point of critique I could come up with is that some of the items send you back to a time travel to the 90ies (strawberries with green pepper anyone?), but let's say that tradition is being taken seriously here.We liked it a lot.

I tried saint martin goose , it was amazing , the music also is so classy the ambiance is so cozy and warm , perfect for cold nights dinner ، a bit expensive, lobster soup was the best.

The tall bald waiter was very rude and unprofessional. We ordered a starter and he brought us something different with the comment that they run out of the dish that we ordered. He didn’t tell it to us in advance and didn’t even apologise for that. Moreover when we refused to take the dish that he brought he smirked and said well then you get nothing then. After he was arrogant and even more rude. I haven’t seen such a ridiculous service ever in my life. Perhaps if he does not like working with people he should consider changing his profession. Food was not bad though.

Legendary duck, local favourite! No issues with the service (like other reviews are mentioning...) and food was great. Worth the visit!

I speak Czech but not fluently. I ordered a jug of water for the table, the waiter responded with a few options including tap water from the toilet. Very indecent behaviour from an obviously disgruntled waiter. I was accompanied by my beautiful family, and we promptly left.

Classic restaurant with really good food. Every dish I have tried was tasty. I don't agree with some previous bad reviews about service, I came several times to the place and everytime had a very attentive waitress, ready to help with a menu , recommend a best choice and the dishes were served properly and on time. Definitely will come back in my next visit.

We stumbled across this restaurant by accident and were very impressed. The staff was very friendly but a little forgetful, but the forgotten drink was refunded to us. The tartare was excellent and so was the wine that was recommended to us, we all went home full and happy.
