MR.PARKIT - Parking Studentská 1

Die Plätze sind recht versteckt und schmal. Um Untergeschoss war keinerlei Licht, man müsste die Taschenlampe vom Telefon einschalten um was zu sehen.

Dobrý vtip, když max výška vjezdu je 2,1 metru ale místo vám dají úplně na konci, kde jsou 4 místa ještě za jakousi bránou která ale má světlost nižší než 2,1m. Takže s vyšším autem jste nahraný. A pak si tam někde zaparkujte... Jinak rezervace přes net funguje dobře, přijde SMS s číslem na zavolání a otevření brány.

Vorab alles gebucht. Bezahlung per PayPal möglich. Man bekommt eine Handynummer zum Schranken öffnen/schließen und einen fest zu geteilten Stellplatz. Alles klappt reibungslos. Nur ist das Parkhaus sehr dunkel, die Stellplätze sehr schmal und verwinkelt. Wir waren dennoch zufrieden: reingefallen, abgestellt, nach 3 Tagen wieder rausgefahren und günstiger als wo anders.

Špatná orientace v garáži samotné, tak i při pěším vstupu a výstupu. Není označeno Mr. Parkit. Jinak super.

Všetko fungovalo super, len škoda že nám v tejtoj garáži bolo pridelené miesto do ktorého sa strašne ťažko parkovalo... Bolo totižto za posuvnými dvermi a prechod za ne bol úzky. Inak ale super služba ktorá skutočne funguje ako je v jej popise...

Reasonable priced and functional. The gate-keeper was very friendly too. Metro and tram stations are nearby. Great choice for long term parking.

Für Gäste, die mit einem Auto anreisen, kann ich das Parkhaus Studenstska 529/1, Prag empfehlen. Das Parkticket erhält man über das Internetportal von MR.PARKIT. Man erhält 2 Telefonnummern, mit denen sich die Einfahrts- und auch Ausfahrtsschranken jederzeit öffnen lassen. Das war wirklich easy. Wir haben unser Gepäck beim Hotel abgeladen und dann das Auto ins Parkhaus gestellt und sind mit der Straßenbahn zurückgefahren. Das Auto war wirklich gut aufgehoben und der Preis hat gestimmt. Der Parkplatz war mehr als ausreichend. Ich hatte einen A4 Avant. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ideální parkování téměř v centru, pod kamerou, za dobrou cenu na XX hodin, se všemi informacemi přes sms. Bohužel, řešení parkovacího místa je zcela nesmyslné, čtyři velice těsná místa, hned za plechovými vraty, odkud následně dokáže vyjet jen opravdu zručný řidič. Za to dávám hvězdu dolu, ta oddělená vrata jsou tam uplně zbytečně. Druhou hvězdu dolů dám za noční obsluhu. Na vrátnici nikdo nebyl, druhé podzemní podlaží kompletně zhasnuté, takže nebýt svítilny na telefonu, byl by problém.

Die Buchung und Bezahlung waren sehr einfach auch das Öffnen der Schranke mit dem Telefon klappte, aber der Parkplatz mit vier Plätzen im Parkhaus ist separat abgetrennt und viel zu klein und sehr eng. Da neben mir ein SUV parkte war es unmöglich in die reservierte Parklücke zu kommen. Da die anderen zwei Plätze schon besetzt waren konnte mir die Hotline nur eine Stornierung und Rückzahlung anbieten. Ich hatte Glück, dass ich im Parkhaus noch einen Platz bekommen habe.

Having used the Mr. Parkit Service the previous week at a different location I was not anticipating what a difficult experience this lot would be. Not only did the gate not open when calling the number provided in my reservation there is no cell signal at the bottom of the ramp going into the structure. I had a limited amount of time to be where I needed and this difficulty was only solved by the woman at the gate who let me in when I showed her my reservation. After calling the 24/7 hotline and getting someone who spoke English to advise me I anticipated my cell number would be recognized the second time around for exiting but once again no such luck. I even provided a friend's Czech cell number as a backup and that did not work either. Once again I asked the nice lady at the booth to let me out by showing her my reservation email PDF. Without the reservation I would never have gotten in or out. I will be reluctant to use Mr. Parkit again after this past weekend's poor experience. It goes without saying as I see it in other reviews but if you have a large car do not bother parking here. Four spaces have been separated from the rest of the garage by a barrier with a narrow opening making parking anything larger than a sedan an impossibility if other spaces are occupied already. I had to back in through this narrow opening only to have my passenger door blocked by a support column. What a disappointment this was after such a good one at another location last week.EDIT: I have amended this review three weeks later as Mr. Parkit has amended its response to my review.No, I did not leave after my reservation ended. I paid for a reservation that ran from Friday at 1200 to Sunday at 1800 hours. I was not six hours late to leave. Your parking at Studenstka was a nightmare to find, get in and out, and simply squeeze into a narrow opening to park. I was NOT outside of my reservation and your number did not open the gate. And the following week in Prague 1 I ran into the same problem and had to call your 24 hour hotline once again to get in and out of the parking structure. When I first used your service at Vitensa the call to open the gate worked flawlessly every time. After that I used your service at Studenstka and it was a nightmare. Once again it was a nightmare at Praha City Center Samcova. Your system did not recognize my phone number and while this may have been a technical issue and not 'your fault' you have been unable to explain to me why you offer no other alternative to have to call your hotline for help getting my car in and out both times. Your service over the phone is excellent but a simpler alternative needs to be found to open and close these gates because calling a number to open a gate does not work if the phone we customers are calling from are not recognized. You should add functionality to the app to open the gates from the app and not from making a cell phone call.
