The staff was perfect.The rooms very clean.In the morning the breakfast was very good.Finally the location of the hotel was perfect because you could reach almost everywhere through the nearby public transport

Great staff but really expensive recently.Bathrooms need some repairs & cosmetics could be better quality. Breakfast selections nice but coffee quality has really come down. Worth it only if the price is right.

We had great experience at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of choices. Great coffee. All staff at the reception desk was exceptionally professional, spoke English and were very helpful. Location of the hotel is good. One drawback is that rooms were not soundproof.

I visited hotel's conference room, which was equipped with the latest technology that could serve the purpose of a meeting for both those attended and those on a teleconference!I visited the restaurants as well, which had an excellent service and the menus has been an advertisement for the local food! It was an extremely good experience. Bravo!

Rooms are always clean. Breakfast should be improve because we just ate the pancake. Tram is the best advantage of the hotel's location. You can go to the astronomical clock tower with number 20 or 18.

Hotel con habitaciones amplias y confortables. El desayuno está bien y tiene variedad de panes. En la puerta tiene tram, bus y metro, así que está muy bien comunicado. Está a unos 45 minutos andando al Old Town de Praga. Las recepcionistas son muy amables.

Extremely bad experience. I paid for a listing through Expedia with fraudulent information: it was a different room without the facilities I paid for. When asking to ameliorate the situation, or to get a refund to stay somewhere else, I was met with horrible customer service from upper management that made fun of my concerns and didn’t fix the issue that was clearly their mistake. Surprisingly horrendous experience for the highest tariff hotel I paid for during my whole trip in Eastern Europe

+ great location+ spacious rooms- spartan rooms- uncomfortable bedGreat for one night if you need to get somewhere nearby the next day, but otherwise not worth it.
