Terrible, she was not gentle at all even cut deep my cuticles and they are bleeding on few of my nails! Charged me CZK 899 never paid such amount in Czech republic for Just a manicure ! Wont recommend! Sad because she was faking even chating to me! In this world at such times to have despicable people really questions who you should trust! Horrible experience

The materials smelled extremely chemically, they billed me extra money for a mat finish without notifying me when I asked the difference between the options. And for the rest- can you see the edges of the nais??? I mean how couldn’t you. I was really sad. Haven’t had such a poor experience so far. Otherwise the salon looks ok and the staff is nice. Therefore I’m sorry to drop a negative review but the nails look very unprofessional and weren’t the cheapest in the city either. DO NOT RECOMMEND (for nails)

A nice enough salon, with good decor, however the privacy of treatment rooms is an issue too.Unfortunately the hair and beauty treatments are low in quality and show poor training.Elements of my massage were nice and the Therapists was sweet but the technique and skill needs further training, the pressure wasn’t particularly consistent or thorough.My hair stylist was inexperienced in a modern blow dry, I also have hair extensions, something which was clear she had no experience in working with.Only half of my hair and scalp appeared to be shampooed, it was a rough blow dry, with no sectioning or thorough drying so my hair remained damp after I left. Stylist did not attempt to properly brush my hair either.Really unfortunate to have such a negative experience as the salon does have potential. Would suggest higher training and research in to modern methods.

Everything was just perfect - I did haircut and manicure. Haircut is amazing, manicure seemed to be good as well, but... Look at this! Just 1 hour after procedure!! And I was just sitting in espresso bar, nothing more. Sooo disappointed :(((

Very happy that I walk Around from where I was staying innside Prague hotel-walked in and got a appointment for the next day and Jane the hairdresser did my hair perfect I was very happy and the price was right the hair washing with great and the finish was also greatSmall shop but very clean they also do nails

I am more than satisfied with the service and team of Venita! I asked for a completely spontaneous appointment for pedicure for both my friend and I, and it was no problem. I can highly recommend visiting!! Thanks a lot

My manicure lasted only for two days. Bad quality of service and product. Unfortunately I have been mislead from the reviews. Not recommend it.

I walked in and asked if she could remove my gel nails. She was able to get me in within the hour which was awesome. During the removal process, she put her nail under the edge of the gel on my pinky finger and ripped it off. I was saying “Ow! that hurts! Ow! Ow!” And she continued anyway. This definitely took off more nail than when filing, and now my nail is very soft and hurts when I press on it. There were multiple other nails that in places were filed down too much and I later had to cut as much of that part off that I could as it would bend under minimal pressure and hurt. My nails looked horrible when I left and I had to cut them and file them myself. I chose this place because it had really good reviews and looked clean. I’m not impressed.

It's a nice place to fix the nails and pamper yourself. At least my wife looked great when she returned but there was a bit of misunderstanding due to language barrier. The ladies speak Czech fluently, and their English language is poor, so you must be sure you're well understood when making reservations.

I had a very friendly nail technician who did a great job and regularly checked in to make sure I was happy with how my nails looked. The receptionist was also nice and offered us a drink while we waited for someone to be available. We didn’t have a long wait even though we walked in on a whim, which was great. I really liked how my nails looked at the end. My friend who went with me, however, did not like her nails, and her nail technician was not as polite/did not do a great job like mine did, so I feel that for the inconsistency I can’t give it 5 stars.
