Staff was extremely friendly despite us bringing in a group of 15 people. They had very good English and managed to accommodate for my girlfriend who is vegan despite their meat oriented menu.

Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Trutnov. If you looking to have an amazing stay, not just a bed to crash, this is the place. Conveniently located on the side of the historical square with many cobbled streets around and view of the Giant mountains. Went for morning run in local town park, which is 2 minutes away. Most amazing and friendly staff/ family run, who take the pride in excellent service. Great patio and garden to have your meals outside, had some amazing dinner and perfect Mojito's chilling out in the evening. Generous breakfast with home made cakes and spreads from the landlady. The hotel was spotless clean, super comfy bed. Loved it. Will be back next summer.

Great kitchen. Guinness on tap and nice slew thin of Irish whiskies. Very good service. Recommend this hotel for visitors to Trutnov.

The restaurant is very animated. The food is great and the prices are ok. The hotel rooms are clean with comfy beds (but a strange smell - maybe only in my room). Aaand the beer is awesome :))). Overall is a good place to eat and stay. I recommend it with pleasure.

The hotel was just prefect. The team is really friendly and caring, and room was super clean and LARGE and the bed was perfect. The food at the restaurant downstairs is really great. Highly recommended.

Great Place for staying in Trutnov. Big rooms with big beds. Dinner in the Irish Pub, belonging to the Hotel is great.

Hotel naprosto nevhodny pro rodiny s detmi. Jedinny ctyrluzkovy pokoj je primo nad barem s ohulenou disko hudbou. Az do dvou hodin do rana, kdy bar zavira, se clovek citi, jako kdyby byl na parketu. Ani pak se situace nezlepsi, protoze obsluha hodinu uklizi a zapne dost hlucny vetrak, ktery sem tam foukne trochu toho koure i primo do pokoje. Vetrak bezi az do osmi do rana, aby pripravil bar na vydavani snidane. :-/Accomodatiom totally NOT suitable for children. The only four bed room is located upstairs directly on the bar with loud disco music. You literaly feel that you are in the bar. At two o'clock the music stops which is, however, not any help as air-conditioning starts and stops at eight jn the morning so the bar is prepared for breakfast. Some smoke get accidentally to the room. I actually do not know for who can be such hotel suitable. :-/

Nice location, friendly staff, especially in the bar/restaurant. Good value.Lots of noise all through the night, cars driving in cobblestone road, happy folks leaving the bar, every night all night, that made our stay sleepless and would not return because of the noise
