From a Western point of view, the client approach is absolutely equal to zero, (I believe any funeral service in Western European countries would be warmer :) but from a Czech point of view, the service is conform to the local standards.

Vyhoveji, poradi. Jinak uvidim vysledek pozdeji. Mam tam zakázku. Potom budu hodnotit znovu. Takze pozor! Jsou to strelci! Maly servis muze klidne stat i 2000,-. Jestli u nich chcete servis je potreba presne rict co chcete a domluvit cenu predem. Neexistuje to nechat na nich. Budete platit jak mourovaty i za ptakoviny co si napisou. Haugh.. Do toho uz nejdu.

These guys have extremely mixed customer service performance ranging from excellent to awful. Have been customer for over 10 years,but sadly not after really unpleasant experiences this year. This bike shop is too expensive and the staff can be arrogant and even look down on customer when he chooses the cheaper goods.

Obrovsky milý a ochotný. Píchla jsem kolo u kočárku a kolegyně mi doporučila tento cykloservis že jí tam taky asi před 12ti lety pomohli a byli moc milý a měla pravdu, tak chci doporučit dál…

Vyhnete se velikym obloukem. Dal jsem do opravy funkcni kolo a dostal jsen zpet nefunkcni brzdy, ktere ani nemeli opravovat. Nasledne na me byli arogantni s argumentaci, ze se to stalo samo a ze na to nesahli. Jen jsem slusne zadal, aby napravili svoji chybu. Arogance a neprofesionalita. Evidentne dle komentaru nejsem prvni.

I went there because they service all bikes, not only the ones they sell. They speak some english, did a full repair of my bike and have a very nice shop to buy additional equipement. Will go there again if needed.

best bike shop ever.. they attended me immediately when i was only passing by prague during a bike trip through Europe. in other shops around the city center they were not willing to help me out concerning the short time i was staying there. IN THIS SHOP they did it in an hour and they even test drove my bike! in other shops they didn't care about my situation.
