I am EXTREMELY upset right now with what is happening. I returned a very expensive computer after a few days, due to changing my mind about the product. I was told my money will be returned by 31 working days at the latest. It has now been almost 40 working days, I have called every day, and they say there is nothing they can do, they will forward my request to warranty guys. Finally after calling a 5th day in a row, they say the product actually went back to a Slovakian company who now has jurisdiction over when they pay me back, which is an UNLIMITED ANOUNT OF TIME they have. No one could have told me this the first phone call? I will never buy anything from them again.

Simple and reliable store with good prices and good product diversity (it complements the options we can by). The staff was kind and efficient. Also speaked english which is kind of them.

Disgusting scammers, they are rejecting returns of non used things in a original boxes purchased the day before online. You should be reported to the higher instances. Rude unhelpful staff.

I bought headphones online, my mistake I bought the wrong model, went the next day to return the item, I was told that item is dirty, I didn't even use it for 5 mins, since it was the wrong model, I just wanted to return them. Never buying from them again.

Horrible experience. Trying to return Galaxy Buds for 2 months. I sent it back 2 days after I received them.Never - ever buy anything here!

Good prices. Ordered assembly of a PC, took them 5 days to reserve all components (at purchase all was on stock). Takes them few days more to assemble. Your mileage may vary depending on how busy they are.
