You can look up the items you need on the website before to make sure they have everything you need in stock at the time. Also you can easily see where the items are located using the website.Not all the staff speaks English, but in general they are all very helpful.I was informed they don’t make furniture on different sizes they already show on the website.

A large Ikea, takes about 2-3 hours of your time if you’ll walk and check stuff. Nice large selection. It can get quite crowded however - especially during the weekends.Restaurant-wise, weaker. As usual, their coffee is bitter - overroasted, and the food selection is not too great. The veggie balls were overly soft and mushy, and the sauce going with them watery.

Best to come on weekdays. Walking distance from Cerny Most metro stop. Staff was helpful also maybe because there are less people. I had a wonderful full meal and walk through the well organized sections.

Greatly as usually but not so easy to buy a kitchen. 2 months - delivery and installation, next 2 months - delivery and installation for the wall panel.

I would like the same that they promote ideas for the home that in the bus that transports visitors from Cerny Most to the store, they also had good ideas and cleaned it from time to time... inside the store many things that I was looking for I did not find. I'll be waiting for them to bring it back…

My favorite store. It's also nice that they have a great website. You can come to the store, view all the goods that you are interested in, then place an order + delivery and + assembly of furniture if necessary. Everything is on time and of high quality. Meatballs are a special treat. It's like a reward after.

Even though I always had a good experience in shop itself, I recently had very bad one with online shopping.I decided to go with online shopping as delivery date was aligned with my needs, but instead of my package I received something totally different. After a complain, and few days of waiting, they sent me another package, again totally different comparing with what I ordered.Everyone can make a mistake, but doing the same mistake two times in a row makes you wonder does anybody care.

I would recommend outside weekends and holidays.Classic IKEA, many variations, beautiful furniture, good Swedish meatballs.General information: AFAIK IKEA has four stores in the Czech Republic. Store in Prague in Zličín (1996), in Brno (1998), in Ostrava (2001) and the last one in Prague's Černý Most in 2004.
