Hotel Central

Location is a 6/5. Perfect right at the city square. Unfortunately there's where the positives stop.Unclean room, hair and dead fly on the bathroom walls.Dated rooms, no AC. Radiator or something making a noise every so often making it impossible to get proper sleep.One of two elevators is broken, the one that does 'work' feels like it could stop working at any moment and is as slow as it could be.

The hotel is located in the central square from where you can go everywhere. Very friendly and attentive staff. Although the elevator didn't work during my stay I received a day in the wellness area for free. Thank you very much for that detail, I loved it.

Good hotel but lift was not working and it was a nightmare for me to carry my heavy luggage from stairs till 4th floor.If no lift is working either you tell in advance before booking or you should arrange some staff to take our luggage to the room.Except this, the hotel was situated in the heart of Pilsen and was good Hotel to stay.

We spent here one night with colleagues.Positive:*Direct in the city centre, in the old town, everything is in foot distance.*The rooms are really clean and beautiful with minibar and hairdryer, some tea and coffee (Nescafé 3 in 1) are available in there.*There are also public areas at every floor.*The breakfast had a many varieties, cheeses, cold cuts, mueslis, seeds, dried fruits, eggs, vegetables, fruits, different breads they have gluten free options. Alternative options for milk are lactose free milk and soya milk.* From the roof terrace cafe and bar has a beautiful panorama.Negative:* They have a terrible coffee in the coffee machine at the breakfast table. Many of us tried to drink different types but it wasn't drinkable. Sorry.* There is only soya milk as a diary free option. Rice or almond would great in the future.* The elevator was extremely slow.* The staff was not exactly cordial at the roof terrace cafe and bar.*The rooms are terribly noisy due to the central location. The roar of drunk passers-by is heard all night. Although the beds are very comfortable, it is quite impossible to sleep.

Great hotel. Has the best location you can wish for in Pilsen, right at the central square. Some rooms are directly overlooking the cathedral.It has a coffee place and wellness. Bunch of pubs and restaurants in the walking distance.Considering the hotel has been around for decades, they managed to keep up with the times (there have been several refurbishments).Definitely recommend.

Located directly at the city center square, private parking in the back (at a reasonable fee) friendly staff at the front desk. The 1 person room is on the smaller side , but clean, and with a good size bathroom, with shampoo etc. On the roof is the rooftop bar, with great food and drinks, and a great view as a bonus. The hot breakfast is great with IG real scrambled eggs en fried eggs sausages and bacon and ham, real bean coffee etc etc. Highly recommend.

Great location, just off the main square. The main entrance is down a side street ang the entrance to the parking is just passed that. The hotel was undergoing a refurbishment when we were staying. Breakfast was really good.

The hotel has a magnificent view of the Cathedral of St. Bartholomew. Close to public transportation, bars and restraunts. The hotel restaurants serves buffet breakfast, which was amazing. I really enjoyed my visit.

Definitely not with the quality of a 4 star hotel. It felt like I was back in time 10 years ago in Eastern Europe. The feeling was similar and the furniture felt old style and quite uncomfortable (no wardrobe, bed mattress was painful, bathroom was uncomfortable). The location is good, the breakfast - okay.

Old hotel style however for the price paid I can not complain at all. The price really woth. The room 206 is incredible. Balcon and the cathedral views. Fridge and safe coming on the rooms.The blonde woman at the reception was talking to us in our 3 languages; Spanish, English and German. Lovely attention service. I would come back definitely here for this price.
