My husband and I had a wonderful experience with this store on Wenceslas Square. My husband had lost his wedding band, purchased years ago, also in Prague, and my white gold band had become very faded. My husband also wanted to buy me a proper engagement ring as he had not when we originally became engaged.The wonderful Marko helped us with all of these things, and with such a wonderful, polite, and fun manner ... and with obvious expertise. We are THRILLED with our rings, and with the whole experience. We have now pledged (to ourselves) to come back regularly to get our rings polished and refreshed. And what a marvelous excuse to come to Prague regularly!

Bad quality ring.My husband purchased a ring for me there about a year ago. Quicky, in less than two months afterwards, the stones kept on falling. I stopped wearing it as I was afraid to loose all the stones.We brought the ring to a jewelry store in France to redo it. They explain to us that the ring was poorly set and that it will keep on happening.Really disappointed for a ring that costed around 7500-8000 CZK.

Recently I purchased a diamond ring, 0.35ct, with matching earrings for my fiancee. I came into the shop wearing a Nike tracksuit and a cheap Armani watch. Unlike other high-end jewellery shops and watch shops, I did not get dirty looks. The staff treated me very respectfully and were very willing to satisfy my needs. One of the guys working there was a professional and you can tell he knows what he is talking about coming from many years of working in this sector. The goods themselves were very well made and high quality, with the price corresponding to the quality.
