its very good, if its cold dont go, but lots of slides and no wait time, lots of pools, if youre bringinf kids i reccomend atleast 7 year old then he can go to every slide, but the minimum age is 3 years old. price food is like you expect costly avg. 10euro per meal. very good my back hurts from sun damage lol.

The day we came it was crowdy. We were told that the place is more kids friendly than Tatralandia, but it's not. All the seats are occupied with towels. No baby friendly area. Below our expectations, especially considering the price level.

Great place! Little bit pricey for Slovakia, but we always have a great time here, especially in the pool bar :)

Apparently they have an online booking option. We spent the entire evening trying to book our tickets. Their online booking partner go pass and upay. They is an integration problem and you can not pay it at all. It keeps failing. Don’t waste your time at all. First staff dealt with with us was very rude. He kept saying that there is no problem then another lady comes and she admits that there is a problem with gopass. Staff watches you and acts that they have nothing to do with it it’s go pass. They need to be accountable and committed to resolve the issues that caused by their ill functioning systems.In addition they allow too many people. We arrived in the morning and it was already jam packed.

Good overall experience, really nice heated outside pools. A downside was that the bartender did not speak English at all and, with many efforts, we could still not get her to give us the correct order.

The otel and the pools were very clean and comfortable. Me and my wife had enjoyed very much. It was a wonderful experience. Strongly recommended.

A unknown number write me on WhatsApp and she said that if I give 5 stars she gave me money. I have never visited this hotel and these comments can be fake too. Be careful guys it's kind of scam

We came from Krakow. We went on recommendation. Prices were reasonable. The kids didn't want to get out of the pool all day. A good plan to have fun on the weekend. The pool was clean. It was our preference to have an indoor and outdoor pool.

very expensive for this level. For 85 euros, you only have an entrance for two days, food prices are crazy, for me it was a very incomprehensible moment that for kayaks not to wait in line, anyone who came after you can pay and go ahead. Some pools are dirty. Not worth this price

They allow too many people in, we had problem finding any free locker. There is not enough toilets and dryblowers for so many people. Parking area is full of potholes, like surface of moon. Water slides, wave pool and outside area are fun.
