Horrible receptionnist - for Czech speakers- u vstupu vás čeká nepříjemná baba.If you don’t have business casual you are treated like a homeless person and literally I was treated like a “girl” although I am over 30. With priority lounge comes priority behavior. Incomparable to Vienna or Paris

Overall, my experience at the ERSTE Premier Lounge was highly enjoyable, primarily due to the enticing array of food and alcoholic drinks on offer. Whether you're looking to unwind with a well-crafted cocktail or indulge in a satisfying meal before your flight, this lounge is a fantastic choice. It provides a peaceful respite amidst the airport chaos and certainly enhanced my overall travel experience.

ERSTE Premier Lounge
Didn’t let us in with Priority Pass on Friday at 18:30 even though the space didn’t look like it was at full capacity and there were many empty tables. The reception didn’t give us a good explanation on why it was closed. Seemed like they were trying to use the Priority Pass T&Cs to their advantage, which is unfortunate.

Good lounge. However, when I last visited, there were missing jars with cedar spread and salmon spread and never replaced for 1 hour that I spent there. Also, at lunch time I would expect some cooked hot meals besides only cold cuts suitable for breakfast. Other than that, all was good.

Food was bare minimum and the service was subpar. As the kids and I were eating, the cleaning staff came to sweep under the tiny table we were eating on, went over our feet and food. Didn’t say excuse me or nothing.

Lounges - I don't get it. Why you would pay for a place that is a far away from a place where you need to be (a gate), have no overview about the situation on the gate, food is lazy and poor quality (if there is something), you can't choose it, but you have take whatever is there, if there is some.I was there on Tuesday evening, around 19:00. Not much people around.Food was terrible. Boiled potatoes in their skins, small fried chicken breasts, Viennese style, a cake made of so thin dough that I wonder how it held together. Musli, but without milk or yogurt use, just raw musli.The only thing worth mentioning were several spreads, but that's it. Three types of vegetables, chopped to too big pieces.A decent menu of juices, but not fresh.I really don't understand why anyone would like to pay for such a place. This lounge is a joke.

ERSTE Premier Lounge
Pretty decent lounge at the Terminal 2 (Schengen-only departures).All most important facilities are available, including showers, stable wi-fi, kid's play corner and a variety of Czech snacks and drinks. Not very overcrowded, even during lunch.There are two wings, each with their own facilities (e.g. different meals), so don't be afraid to walk through both parts of the lounge. The interior design is quite mundane and some of the seatings are weirdly shaped or positioned, so in some areas, it can be hard to keep your privacy from people sitting nearby. The Czech food is also not for everybody - generally heavier and quite simple, I can imagine this will be a disappointment to some travelers.Despite all that, definitely worth staying here, especially if you have a couple of hours to spare.

came here with a priority pass. tldr; decent amount of seating and outlets, but food (specially hot food) is quite limited.the main food is snacks (popcorn, chips, pretzels) and cold food (yogurt + muesli, cold cuts for sandwiches, limited salad bar). there was a bit of hot food when i was there (pizza and schnitzel) but they were cold and looked unappetizing. they have the regular coffee, soda, and alcohol machines too.the good part is there was enough seating, relatively quiet, and access to outlets.

Many sofa seat area are old and split. Many 2 prong outlets too loose to fit adapter in.Good drink choice, one table of food choices to satisfy the hungry.Wifi good. Enough chairs and spaces on this early morning visit.Staff were friendly and cleaned, replenished often.Priority Pass accepted.

ERSTE Premier Lounge
Sad. Used to be better, but I tend not to visit lounges before departure, so last experience from long time ago.Anyhow, tables gets cleaned long time after customer leaves, food super low quality, you're talking cheapest salami, bread roll and some spreads I didn't care to taste.Luckily small bottles of Bud still present as well as crisps and that's pretty much all I care to get from pre-departure lounge:)It'd be fantastic to add some wireless chargers, I was quite surprised that in 2023 ther isn't a single one which sucks if u arrive at the airport with 12% of battery in your cell and forgotten a charger too:D
