Professional and friendly approach by the staff. We were totally satisfied. There are toys to make your kids busy.The only minus is the huge price.

Very friendly hairdresser. My twin girls were having their first ever haircut. They are very shy kids and crying in the presence of a stranger. But this lady had such an amazing approach toward to my kids, you could tell that she is very experienced, kind and patience. My girls didn't cry at all, whatmore they didn't want to leave the saloon in the end. The haircut was also perfect.

We booked the haircut for our 1 yr old for 13.00 today and my husband called at 12:54 to inform them that we will be 5-7 minutes late - nobody picked up the phone. Finally we managed to be there 6 minutes late and the lady (taller and older one) was super rude, ignorant and said she will not do the haircut. And that she didn't have the missed call" from my husband. Then my husband called the same number in front of her again and proved that there was another call from him and she was still very rude and ignorant. I don't know how THIS type of person can work with kids and who hired her!!!Finally
