Lukas is a great personal trainer and very knowledgeable.He takes the time to customize the training for his clients, according to their needs.I can highly recommend working out with him, he taught me a lot about fitness and helped me improve significantly.

I'm very glad that I could meet such a great trainer. His aproach is amazing. He's friendly, at the same time he knows how to motivate you and push you further to reach your goals, while making sure you hold the correct body posture. Each class is different, we have a lot of fun everytime and all look forward his lessons.
