My wife discovered she was missing a lens cap just around the corner from the store. Using my super intelligence, usually reserved for lighting effects, I remembered we had just walked by this shop. We walked in with a huge language barrier but my super intelligence was able to grasp Greek root words and cultural linguistics all while I pointed at the exposed lens and made pincher movements with my hands. You know the motion. Like compressing the springs on super high dollar, professional, uncompromising snap-on lens covers. Only the best for my wife in order to advert a total meltdown. While the proprietor of the establishment basked in the radiant beauty of my wife under direct lighting, I noticed a padded lens case on the wall behind her. It was a make and model that I have become very familiar with due to the fact that the manufacturer has nary a one in stock nor do the many local pro shops or EBay due to its extreme quality. Well, AZ Photo had it in stock and ready to purchase! They also had the lens cap and a textile lens cloth to help remove the detritus from my personal view enhancers. Is there any way to top this unplanned shopping experience? Yes there is! The gentleman behind the counter was able to attach a cord from the lens cap to the camera body in order to retain the cap during extreme photo sessions. All of this was completed promptly and at an amazingly affordable price.All joking aside, it really was an awesome experience.

I asked for a classic analog developing for my film.. they offered me to also include the scan for a little bit more money so i said ok. When i came back 3 days later to pick up my ANALOG photos, they just scanned them for me and it was more expensive than they told me initially. Unfriendly stuff, but that is nothing new there

If you want to make a photo for documents, especially if its size is non-standard, avoid this place, or bring a ruler with you to check the sizes. The photographer does not even want to retake the photo if for example your head is tilted, saying it's ok like that, and youll have to argue. There is a much better photo atelier nearby that does things properly. This one is cheaper though.

Very impolite and rude to customers who speaks English.

Small shop, but seems to be well stocked. They were the only one out of four I tried that day where USB-C card reader was available.

In the future i will choose a different studio. The staff was rude and non communicative. I was overcharged for pictures he didn’t even print.

Don’t recommend for Tourist and Non-Czech speakers. He is disrespectful and rude; He thinks he is better just because he is CzechI speak Czech but my Husband doesn’t. Very uncomfortable experience

The guy was very rude, especially if you don’t speak English. He will say that if you are in Prague, you need to speak Czech and will not help at all

I was coming here often to take picture but the last time the guy was super rude and very fast speaking ,I ask to take picture of me and he was aggressive. I won't come here again
