It’s 30 mins drive from prague. Big ample parking for 60czk whole day. Very nice walk along the lake.

We did not get to the castle territory itself, Sunday is a day off.It is very beautiful around, you can walk for several hours enjoying the views. Also, on the territory there is a playground with deer and an aviary with a bear.

Disappointing not to be able to take photos inside and that the museum and rose garden were closed. Probably not worth the trip.

The place is really good for a day trip. Good place to discover history and how it changed. To know what happened to them and how beautiful where the armours. There are restaurant near. Big garden to wall around and even feed some animals. Its 30mins walk to city center to take transportation back to Prague. Great walk in the nature!

Fascinating place, I recommend visiting. Note that you need to go on two separate tours to see the entire castle, and you're not allowed to take pictures inside. Aside from that, great experience. Also, check out the gardens.

Overall one of the nicest castles we visited - rich history and lots of things to see inside. You need to choose one out of four possible tours (10-15 EUR/person) based on your interest. I couldn't find a way to combine 2 or more together without spending whole day here. English speaking people can get an audio book for 2 EUR (no english tours available today). Payment by card is possible, online information about tours is not matching reality.

Very interesting castle to visit, it was the castle of Franz Ferdinand and his huge weapons collection is still there. You have to book a tour in advance with a guide, there are multiple tours of different parts of the castle. Tours are in Czech but there were audioguides in other languages available. No pictures allowed inside but really worth a visit. Nice grounds with garden and lake outside as well.

100% worth it. You have to book a one hour tour, the choice is between 4 tours. I would recommend to check online the options and book in advance. I wanted the third tour, but the next one was the first tour, I bought also an audio guide. Absolutely worth it - the history is very interesting. I would go back and take all of the tours. It was not super full on a weekday, not sure about weekends.

Huge and fantastic gun collection from 15-16 cenceries. Amazing hunting collection.I was just missing time for detailed Couse.
