Very nice and friendly place in a beautiful spot. Good cousine though quite expensive, very friendly personell. Open your windows at night to listen to the little stream below the house.

The food is out of this world!! Try the different kinds of meat, halušky and marinated salmon.The accommodation in the attic rooms is just okay, can't speak for the others. The room for 7 people was cramped and good enough for just about sleeping over. They also do not take cards. The food though! Wow!

We came here for fancy food that is shown on the website of the restaurant but reality is different. Mediocre food like everywhere else - even the fresh fish" on the menu is a frozen fish."

We ate at Penzion Kovarna twice during our recent visit to Jesenik. We walked from Jesenik on a hot day and loved the option to cool down in the river by the restaurant. We sampled their selection of home made lemonades which were delicious. The food was outstanding and service was quick, very friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much we will be back!

We had the most amazing wedding at Penzion Kovárna! The natural beauty of the surroundings was breathtaking, and the staff provided impeccable service. The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests couldn't stop raving about it. Everyone said it was one of the best weddings they've ever attended. Our special day couldn't have been better. We highly recommend Penzion Kovárna as a wedding venue.

Awesome restaurant in a little bit hidden location in the beauty of Jeseniky mountains. Very clean and light environment, with nice and friendly staff. The selection of the meals I'd not fixed, so wait until you are here with your choice. The were few meals already gone, bit we still had what we wanted to. Just perfectly done, with taste to the last bites. They are still known for the Halušky. Rightfully. Nice selection of home made lemonades for drivers, kids or anyone. And those who likes beer, they can have a glass of good Pilsner. Nice and big surroundings with plenty of parking space.

Great location, decor and atmosphere, especially putting a log on the fire yourself. The rooms are comfortable, cosy yet spacious. The owner is welcoming and friendly. The menu is varied with plenty of traditional meat and fish dishes as well as desserts. The food was so good that we had no reason to eat anywhere else during our stay in the Jeseník area.

If the sausages on offer at the nearby forest bar didn't rock your world and you fancy something a little more exotic, give the fish 'n' chips a shot in the restaurant of this country pension. Interesting menu and attractive decor make a stop worthwhile.
