I am pretty surprised this place is still here. I exchanged Euro here almost 10 years ago, and one of my group members got scammed by the other cashier. We called a police and they did nothing too, said they couldn't do anything about it. That was the first day of our trip in Prague

Worst place ever. DO NOT GO THERE. Especially exchange rates. Western union service is not supported (as it is supposed to be) They are stealing u money, letting to feel the paper with code and then saying stealing went wrong!

The worst place to go. They exchange like a butcher cuts meat. There are other exchanges are as well around our tourists can use. My best advise for them is to go and buy something in euro, if you wanna exchange, and the shops will give your change in Czech Koruna. They do not represent Czech people! We have good exchanges as well. Thanks
