Great location - Situated in Prague 1, High-quality professors and teaching method.

Great school, amazing people and small nice community. The location is very centric which is good. The only downside is that the school is very small so there aren’t a lot of places to work / chill.

Former student that now attends Charles UniversityPros:- Diverse group of students- Nice campus- Small- American recognition- All programs are in EnglishCons:- Quality of education is mixed (depends on which professors you have)- Administration- Expensive to Czech standards (tuition gets increased as well)- More exchange students than actual full time students sometimesIf you want to pursue higher education in Prague you'd be better off going to one of the state universities (Charles, Univ. of Economic, Czech Technical Univ. etc.) as the quality of education is higher, tuition is lower and the reputations of them are higher (private universities generally have poor reputations here). All the state universities have programs in English so check them if they fit what you're looking for.

Great university with great people! The Cafe is so amazing and cheap and even serves beer. I will miss AAU very much when I have to leave :(
