Very pleasant visit. The teller, Ms. Schoberová, took her time to solve my issue, spoke perfect English, was very kind, open to questions, and helpful.There was no queue, everything took less than 20 minutes, including a detailed explanation. I definitely recommend the service at this branch.

It is a very pleasant branch. I have already visited it a few times and every time my issue was resolved quickly and effectively. Despite the fact that not everybody speaks English, the staff is polite and always ready to help.

I recently visited ČSOB and there I had the pleasure of meeting Tereza. Despite not speaking Czech, Tereza was able to communicate and walk me through the process of opening a new account. In only 20 minutes, I had my account open, online banking set up and ready to go! Tereza was extremely professional and helpful. Thank you!
