For 290 CZK, I had up to 4kgs of my travel laundry washed within hours. Just dropped off my laundry, and picked it up 3 hours later, washed and dried. Simple, good and cheap!

5 dry cleaned items that came back soiled, shrunk and crumpled.. The owner of Astera just doesn't like non-Czechs and makes that clear quite proudly. I spent a lot of cash here at Astera. And I was friendly. But I was simply foreign so was never going to be served fairly and have also had my clothes ruined.

AVOID THIS PLACE FOR DRY CLEANING.We took a dozen garments, mostly dresses. They were barely washed and a few of them were ruined by terrible ironing.So we had to throw away some expensive clothing and find another place to actually clean the rest.Also, no visible prices and bad attitude by the lady behind the counter.

I went to this outlet this morning and it was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman was extremely rude and did not know the first thing about dealing with first time clients. I showed her the dress I wanted dry cleaned, and she started misbehaving and saying she won't take it. I understand if they do not want to take a dress that is delicate so they do not damage it, and I would have gladly walked away if she told me that in a decent manner. She was arrogant and disrespectful. The outlet itself wasn't clean and didn't look well maintained in any way. Everyone should avoid this hideous place.

Dropped off two full hotel laundry sized bags (about 5 days of clothes for 2 people) and was charged 680 Czech krouna (about 34 USD) for washing and drying. Took about 5.5 hours, same day service. They speak English, highly recommend. Also it's cash only!
