Although I am expecting a generic answer I will anyways share my opinion. Mad cow was one of the best burger bars I have ever been to. Was. Unfortunately. Now the situation is critical. Not only that the staff is sitting all the time outside and smokes, but the level of dining is horrible. The food tastes like nothing(seriously, no kidding there), smells bad even when being prepared(try to use new oil and not the old one) and staff is obviously having lots to do even in an empty restaurant. No greetingd, no goodbye. I am so sorry that I did not invest 9 euros in any other restaurant in the city.
