An excellent lunch. The waitstaff were very friendly and it was a bonus that they spoke excellent English. The Caesar chicken salad with bacon was fabulous as was the sausage starter (kielbasa) was wonderful and my friend said the goulash with the potato pancakes were ‘amazing.’ The hot apple strudel with ice cream was also nice. The staff made us and our dog feel welcome.

They fit us in on a busy Friday night. Had the grilled sausage starter and it was fantastic. My wife had the “fried cheese” main course and both enjoyed it. The wild boar tenderloin was also really good.I’d recommend to anyone staying close by but have your hotel call and make a reservation. We got lucky because the place was packed with locals.

Wanted to have nice Czech food after coming to Prague, so went here. Food is brilliant and delicious but personnel (waiters) could've been a bit more polite. When I finished my eating, they did not even ask me and took my plate away, which I found a bit impolite.

I had my first Czech food here when I visited Prague. The food was portrayed in a typical Czech way, displaying the gigantic size of the meat. The restaurant is big and can accommodate large crowds. There are several spots when you can also a dinner for two in your own cozy way. The food is good and served fresh from the kitchen. There a large brewing columns that can been seen from various angles in the restaurant.

Was being treated very not welcoming at some restaurants and we left without having food and we tried this one before going to some fast food. I should say the lady worked today during 11:30 am was so welcoming and she helped us ordering the best food and always available for help if we had questions.Coming to food I would say the Potato salad is amazing and Tatar side dish with garlic bread was mouthwatering.I found the Gulasch a bit salty, else the food was amazing.We tried Czech beers and thanks for the hostess for helping us with beer ordering aswell :)40 Euros for 2 people was worth.They accept all Cards and CZK:)

I searched for a random place to eat near train station. Ans was lucky to find this one! Everything is delicious, cozy atmosphere and great service.Definitely will come again

Not good customer service at all. We ordered the GOULASH and roasted duck which was good but small portions. We wanted more food but our waiter kept ignoring us whenever we tried to get his attention. We just gave up and decided to go grab more food else where since we got ignored so much.. cool atmosphere though!

We had the wild boar and the duck. Outstanding. The staff was very helpful and patient with us as foreign guests. The restaurant is a great example of old world design merged with modern convenience.
