I can't say that I didn't wait, even more so it was unpleasant because I had to get to a bus. I foresaw this happening and booked it 1h30 in advance as the service said 70-90 min for beard and haircut and the bus stop was close. I waited for 20 minutes but once I asked if someone is available within the next 5 min someone picked me up, did my hair and the beard in record time as well as properly done (in my opinion, I like it).+for the free drink they offer.+for the kindness and understanding+for English speaking+for timeliness in solving my issue as well as giving me the service I asked for( albeit not fully, due to constraints of time no hot towel on face. but they didn't charge me full price either)- for the wait

I don’t usually give reviews but this time I have to. Most of the barbers get annoyed when you give specific requests, the thing is they’re not willing to try to understand what you want even when it’s extremely simple. most of them need at least 45-60 minutes for a simple fade (a fade should need 20-30 minutes max). And the worst thing is that most of them don’t clean their machines at the end of the day, so if you don’t want allergic reactions from your scalp (head skin) then I really advise you not to go there, and that’s messed up. On top of that, it’s a bit expensive.

I took an appointment in advance for a very important work related trip,I got the confirmation by the mail,Just to make sure I called them to confirm as well.I arranged everything accordingly,At the appointment day and time they told me that they can’t do my hair cut because they are busy, I showed them the appointment confirmation and my reservation,But still they refused by saying that they made a mistake by giving the appointmentThat’s all,It really ruined my day.Hope won’t happen to anyone else

Petr is a great barber. Not only a amazing haircut but a good conversation. He is really into the details and makes sure you love your cut before you leave.

I had a great experience here today. The place is super hipster with a old style environment that is indicative of the old barber shops. While you wait you can have a free drink from a fully stocked sprit bar or a soft drink, even a coffee if your there in the morning.My hair cut was perfect and my barber Martin took the time to make sure that it was exactly how I wanted I never felt he was rushed once. The basic cut is 450kc and you must book online before arriving.

I have been in 4 different barbers in Brno and so far I have found the most experienced barbers here. All my beard trims have been always accurate. I am happy with the good sense of the barbers and professionals. Recommended.

Normally it's a good place to come and get your hair cut, but last time was my last time!! Always pay good tips ,very good tips..But not anymore, what a arrogant place, sat and waited for 25 minutes and nobody as' NOBODY came and said anything. And I already had booked my time The day before !! So I left and the lack of service makes sure that I never step into that shop AGAIN!
