Don't accept you for unlimited time even though it's specified on the website. They claim they only accept you for 2 hours.Also we went to other saunia and didn't have this issue we could stay unlimited without question as long as we pay.I really don't recommend to go to this place.

I couldn't use my vouchers because they didn't want to extend it more than 9 months, where 6 of them it was closed. They gave me just 3 months (and in summer) to use a voucher I suppose to have for one year. I lost my money. I do not recommend their service and I am definitely not going.

Saunia has a diverse offering of saunas at this location. When I visited on a weekday night I was there for about 4 hours.Whilst relaxing and taking proper breaks between sauna sessions it's easy to get lost in the bottomless lemonade at the bar after shocking your body with an ice bucket.

Several type of saunas, big areal, clean and relaxing. Recommended.The price is 329 Kč per 2 hours, if you exceed, 2Kč per minute above. You get a towel and sheet, in the area is a bar with food and drinks.I am giving 3 stars because of the following:- no English and no even willingness to help in English. Laughing at the guests asking if they speak English.- software issues - a banking card not accepted. Entering the PIN has caused collapsing the software.The excitement of me and my Friends to enjoy the time there has disappeared. We felt bad and I am sure no place would like to welcome visitors like this.

Very kind and helpful staff, if you are the first time there like I was, just do the most common thing - ask politely. You get a genuine smile back and a clear answer to your question. It is maintained clean on regular basis, which shows they understand how it should be as comfortable and cozy as possible. I have even got refunded at the end as I overpaid at the beginning. That was quite a surprise, not something you would expect in Prague. But it was the moment when I actually felt like dear and valuable customer". Thank you.Hot saunas

Great set up of an outdoor / indoor sauna area, with different types of saunas. Was a shame that the girl at the snacks bar didn't understand basic English like water bottle" but it's a nice area to chill in between sessions."

Stop and relax… good saunia, but expensive.A lot of talking people in saunas and quiet places.. nobody cares, nobody checks that. Thats annoying. I am there to take rest, not to listen to somebody’s (almost always stupid) problems.So it is a good place, but with bad people.

Very poor customer service. They didn't explain why we couldn't use the unlimited offer today, although it was available on the website and at on the brochure at the reception. The Chodov branch is better if you want to go to a Saunia

Amazing staff, went today for a relaxing moment, they call someone who could speak english, the young boy was very helpful to explain how to get the membership card and everything. Also the sauna itself its very clean, quiet, very peaceful with many different temperature + steam room. Definitely recommend

Nice modern design, but the relaxation rooms are a little cool and I didn't like how the changing rooms were mixed sex. I love the idea of the outside terrace and the silent room. More signage needed though, to show what saunas are where, and to ask people to shut doors in the saunas, not to hold them open while they decide whether to go in or not. I was a little disappointed that the salt sauna didn't have a salt wall and the tropical sauna didn't have the tropical scent like at their Butovice branch, but apart from that they were good.
